Ron Johnston and Dick McLamb founded Johnston McLamb in 1991. Their vision was to create an experienced consulting company to help clients reach their goals by implementing both new and proven technologies. They were also driven to reward employees for outstanding performance and surround them with a culture that encouraged innovation and exceptional client service. Today, Johnston McLamb is known as a responsive, results-oriented, value-driven management and IT consulting firm serving the federal and commercial sectors.
