GSA Alliant Governmentwide Acquisition Contract
Johnston McLamb is a subcontractor to Stanley, Inc. on the GSA Alliant Governmentwide Acqusition Contract (GWAC) that was awarded effective May 1, 2009. The 10-year multiple award/indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (MA/IDIQ) Alliant contract has a $50 billion ceiling for all awardees and includes a five-year base and one five-year option period. Alliant provides Federal and Department of Defense agencies alike with more streamlined access to a broad range of management and technical support services for integrated Information Technology (IT) solutions. The NAICS code is 541512, Computer Systems Design Services. The GWAC supports various task order contract types such as fixed price, cost based, and time & materials.
GSA IT Schedule
GSA Schedule 70 provides federal agencies with information technology and telecommunications hardware, software, and professional services. GSA's Information Technology Acquisition Center manages GSA Schedule 70. Thousands of companies offering several million products and services are currently available to meet the IT needs and support the missions of all federal agencies. GSA's mission is to make it as easy as possible for federal customers to purchase state-of-the-art information technology.

TEAMS - DoD Health Support
Johnston McLamb is a subcontractor to DRC on the TRICARE Evaluation, Analysis, and Management Support Program (TEAMS) contract, beginning in July 2009. It is a multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract. The initial period of performance is July 1, 2009 through January 31, 2010, followed by nine option periods of one year each, ending on January 31, 2018. Services provided under the contract include Program Management Support Services, Studies and Analysis, Performance Based Budgeting / Financial Management, Business Process Improvement, Functional Validation and Verification, Records Management, Information Management, Acquisition Management, and Logistical Support.
Organizations that can use the contract to procure services are:
- TRICARE Management Activity (TMA)
- Components of the Military Health System (MHS), including military treatment facilities (MTFs) and clinics
- Contracting/Acquisition Activities supporting TMA
- All other Department of Defense organizations with an impact on health support related issues
- Department of Veteran Affairs and the Department of Health & Human Services for those joint initiatives that have significant or direct impact on the MHS
COMMITS NexGen
The Department of Commerce Information Technology Solutions Next Generation (COMMITS NexGen) contract was awarded to Johnston McLamb in 2005. COMMITS NexGen is a multi-award, task order, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract under which awardees compete for task orders on a wide variety of information technology services for any federal agency.
There is no size limit on specific task orders and the contract ceiling is $8 billion. All COMMITS NexGen awardees qualify as small businesses under specific North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes.
Fairfax County IT Services and Expert Assistance
The Fairfax County IT Services and Expert Assistance contract was awarded to Johnston McLamb in 2007. It is a five year contract with the option to renew for three successive one year periods. It is a multi-award, task order, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract that Fairfax County and most other counties and other public bodies in the Washington, D.C. area can use. Services can be procured from Johnston McLamb in the skill areas of: (1) Application Development & Maintenance Services and (2) Electronic Records Management and Information Services. Customers can award work to Johnston McLamb on a sole source basis through this contract vehicle. All work is performed on a firm fixed-price basis.
